When I started Cal First Realty, my goal was simple; don't treat clients like just another sale.  That mentality  helped us survive the recent market down-turns.  Our goal was to provide honest service rather than a quick dollar.  While we didn't make a killing, unlike the competition, we also didn't suffer the grim fate of such ill business practices.
